You need to make sure that you maintain a reliable profile when visiting forums. Do not try to promote your website and your business right from the word ‘go’. It is quite likely that no one will take you seriously. You have to spend some time there first, become active, exchange a few words with the other forum members and then you can start advertising your services or website.

You must show that you are really interested in participating in the forums and not just for advertising reasons.
