Sometimes it is not really obvious and understandable by users how good a product is or what are the services provided by a business and a company, due to a variety of reasons. Some people might end up at your website accidentally and if the website itself does not impress them ,or if they have to do something else at the same time , then you are going to lose a client, as most people who leave a website are not likely to come back. With a well designed email marketing campaign you can approach existing customers and inform them about similar products in your portfolio and then give them a list with items that could match some recent purchases. If they bought a purse or handbag recently, you can suggest some other leather accessories or waist belts or whatever could be appropriate based on your stock.

People appreciate that because it makes them feel that their opinion is valued and will not only come back but also talk about your business to other people as well. Moreover that would make you better your services too, since there is nothing as important as your customer’s opinion. Interacting with them through emails and email marketing plans can make them give honest opinions and make you better and more desirable for other users.
